Cancellation Policy

Aerotour will charge indemnization and cancellation costs for any confirmed reservation made by a client using the following rates:

Cancelation between 72hrs and 43hrs before flight departure: 15% of the quoted value will be charged

Cancelation between 42hrs and 25hrs before flight departure: 25% of the quoted value will be charged

Cancelation within 24hrs before flight departure: 40% of the quoted value will be charged
