Where does Aerotour Fly?
Our company is in the ability to provide safe, private, and agile transportation to over 50 destinations in Costa Rica and other beautiful places in Central America and the Caribbean.
We fly to all domestic destinations, including landing runways to which the regular airlines don't fly. You program the schedules.
Can you pick us by helicopter at our place?
If you are the owner yes, after our visit the place to discuss the feasibility of landing in the place as this requires certain conditions of space for safe operation.
I want to go to a beach on vacation, and I want to go flying, is this possible?
If you want to travel by plane, we will advise you about the nearest airport to your destination, if it's on helicopter we can land at 50mts from the beach, where:
• The landing is on a private property and have the authorization of the owner.
• We can't land on the beach as it's considered public property
What is “Round Trip”?
In calculating the fees we base on the real flight time of the aircraft departing from our base at the Tobias Bolanos Airport, until it's return to our airport.
What is real time flight?
It's the time that takes to an aircraft since it's engine starts until it's shut down.

Wich are the payment methods offerec by Aerotour?
We provide many payment options such as:
- Cash both in Costarican colones or U.S. Dollars
- Cheques from local banks
- Bank wire
- Credit and debit cards
How early should I be at the airport?
We advise you to be 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time for national flights and 20 minutes for international flights.
Wich documents are required to fly?
For national flights:
*Passport or identity card.
For international flights:
*Passport
*If minors are traveling they will need legal authorization from their parents.
If once the flight is payed it can't be held due to weather conditions will the money be reintegrated?
When the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, Aerotour will reinstate 100% of the total ammount paid, or if you prefer it can be accredited for future flights. However, if the flight is conducted partly and destination is not reached you are charged only for the time flown.
Wich are the advantages of an air taxi service over airlines?
- Not subject to fixed schedules and routes, so the airplane or helicopter may operate at the time you request (subject to hours of airports and aviation rules).
- Not subject to fixed routes, so you can fly the route or combination of routes that you wish.
- You only pay for used flight time.
- It's a private flight hired by the customer where he rents the aircraft independently of the number of passengers
