Terms and conditions

"flight time" is considered based on the average travel time between origin and destination at cruise speed.

"waiting time" is considered as the time from the termination of a flight until the next flight out, and both flights are part of the air taxi service.

An "overnight" charge will cover the cost of hotel accommodation and food for the crew outside their base and the cost of parking the aircraft during the night at the airport outside the base, considering that the base is the Tobias Bolaños Palma Airport.

In case of prolonged waiting times, overnight stays of several days, and / or combination thereof, will be more convenient for the customer the option of flying ferry, which will only pay for the relocation of the aircraft without passengers to or from its base at a much lower rate.

The customer pays the difference in cases that are generated by delayed request or direct cause of the client or the client's request for a change of route or extension of flight time previously agreed.

The causes attributed to the customer to add flying time to the account are: causes weather, delays caused by air traffic, or other reasons not mentioned in the quote.

The air taxi service is booked from the moment that the customer send us the form with an appropriate reservation request.

Any cargo larger than 18 inches must be reported.

Payment for the estimated flight time must be cancelled before departure. In case flight time is shorter, the outstanding balance will be refunded, else if the flight's time is longer the difference must be cancelled upon arrival.

The customer must sign a note authorizing us to discharge. Flight time is counted from the time the engine starts until it's shutdown. Spare times also count as flight time.
